Howard Drukarsh
Co-Founder and Broker

Howard is a very successful entrepreneur who understands the foundation of real estate. He began his career in 1984 after a successful career in advertising and marketing. After becoming registered as a Salesperson, he continued courses and obtained his Broker’s designation in 1986. During his sales career he achieved numerous sales awards.

In 2004, he founded Right at Home Realty with Arthur Bartram, formerly Vice President/Division Manager for Royal LePage Real Estate Services/Johnston & Daniel Division and Ronald E. Peddicord, formerly Senior Vice President Development, Oxford Properties Group. The company was founded on the premise that salespeople who embraced technology would be attracted to the unique and very profitable business model of the brokerage.

Howard has served as Director at Large on The Toronto Real Estate Board since 2015. He has been a member of TREB’s Arbitration and Public Relations Committees. He is currently Chair of TREB`s Professional Standards Committee and has served as Chair of TREB`s Membership Services and Condominium Committees in the past.

Howard has been a member of the Chair’s Advisory Council for Habitat For Humanity, Toronto and was a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) Board of Directors, Region 1 in 2013 and 2015. He is also a member of the Right at Home Realty Board of Directors.



John Lusink 
President and Broker of Record

Mr. Lusink has been a REALTOR® for over 30 years and has served in a variety of positions in both commercial and residential real estate. John has been an active volunteer in organized real estate and served as a Director for TREB for the past six years and most recently was Chair of TREB’s Finance Committee. In addition, he was recently appointed to the Board of The Ontario Real Estate Association as Commercial Director. A Certified Commercial Investment Member for more than two decades, he also carries the Council of Real Estate Broker Managers (CRB) designation. John attained his MBA from the University of Fredericton and his BA from Queen’s University.



Eva M. Liu
Vice President, Finance and Administration 

Eva entered the real estate industry 18 years ago starting as an accountant with Exit Realty. She obtained her real estate license shortly after and obtained her Broker designation in 2008. She is one of the original employees of Right at Home Realty since it’s inception in 2004.

Eva has a strong finance and accounting background and supervises both our Deal processing and Call centre teams at Right at Home Realty. Her strong focus on systems and implementation ensures that all Right at Home Realty’s transactions are processed efficiently and seamlessly.

Her experience and expertise in working with new technologies help the company stay competitive and a leader in the industry.

Craig Johnston  

Vice President, Legal Compliance & Business Development

Mr. Johnston is an experienced corporate commercial lawyer and has spent 12+ years as Corporate Counsel for a well-known successful international real estate franchise organization.

In addition, Craig has a proven track record of drafting, negotiating and facilitating with a team-oriented approach to reach business solutions. Craig graduated from UNB Law School in 2002 and received his BBA from CBU in 1999.

Craig is focused on assisting RAH in providing our members with industry leading support for their real estate business and contributing to the expansion and development of Right at Home Realty.


Adam Price 
Director of Marketing

Adam began his career working in e-commerce development and then moved to Marketing not long after. He served as Creative Director for an exhibit design company specializing in developing Tradeshow presence for enterprise level businesses in the US and Canada. During this time, the company won a Canadian Marketing Award for Best Product Display and shortly after received 9th place in Profit magazine’s top 50 emerging Growth Companies 2007. In late 2007 Adam opened his own large format display design shop and ran that business until 2009. In 2010 he joined one of Canada’s largest real estate franchise brands and spent eight successful years rebuilding the brand and developing new systems, services and tools for recruiting and retention, franchise sales as well as building new technology platforms to support the broker network and their Sales Representatives. 



Scott MacPherson
Director of Training and Communications, RAH Academy

Scott has been working in the training industry for the past 20 years with a focus on adult learning principles and soft skill training. As a licensed realtor for the past 6 years, Scott has worked as Director of Training for three affiliated real estate companies in both Canada and the USA.

Before entering into real estate, Scott was the Manager of Training, Communications and Change Management Strategies for a major department store retailer with 200 plus stores across Canada.

Nito Morcos-Brown  
Toronto Branch Manager

Nito has served as a Realtor since 1980 and began her career with Family Trust Realty.  She is a second-generation Realtor as her father was a Real Estate Broker.  Nito also has the honor of being the Mother of a son who is a real estate Broker and Builder/Developer...the Legacy continues. She has gained valuable experience during diverse market conditions with various Brokerages.  Her diligent work ethic, tenacity, abundant energy, integrity and strong commitment to excellence have consistently resulted in numerous ‘Performance Excellence Awards’ and related accolades.

One of Nito’s most significant attributes is that she absolutely loves to serve others and celebrate their growth and success!  This is a great source of fulfillment for her.

Nito has always been a passionate volunteer and advocate within the community, schools, church, charitable causes and the real estate industry.  She, together with a team of Realtors from the Scarborough Breakfast Club has raised over $100,000 for a children’s charity.  She has been a dedicated TREB volunteer for many years as well as serving as a TREB Director. During her time on Professional Development, Nito audited many TREB courses and designations such as:  Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist and Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist.  She has achieved the designation of Certified International Property Specialist.

As a Manager, Nito takes pleasure in and considers it her privilege to serve our Realtors and the Right at Home Realty Executive Team.  She values the opportunities to meet with, teach, equip, support and encourage our Realtors toward their ultimate success in providing excellent service to their Clients and reaping the related rewards.


Harry Nastamagos
Mississauga Branch Manager and Broker

Harry was born and raised and has spent his entire life in the Greater Toronto Area. He attended Don Mills Collegiate during his High School years and went on to attend York University where he graduated in 1988 with a B.A. in Economics.

He was then hired at Bathurst Sales, a Health and Beauty products distributor, where he was the Junior Purchasing and Operations Manager. While working at Bathurst Sales and, at the urging of his father, he obtained his Real Estate Licence in 1991 with the Toronto Real Estate Board.

Harry’s first experience in sales came at Imperial Coffee Service in 1992 where he was the Territory Manager for mid-town Toronto. After spending 4 years at ICS, Harry then went on to run two family businesses over the next 6 years in which he was able to increase sales substantially at both businesses.

While his Real Estate career started out on a part-time basis, he finally committed full time to Real Estate and worked at Century 21 and Re/Max where he achieved his Sales Awards. He finally made the move to Right at Home Realty in 2007 where he obtained his Real Estate Broker’s Licence and in 2009 obtained his Mortgage Broker’s Licence as well.

While working at various brokerages and Right at Home Realty, Harry was able to start and grow his own and his family’s Real Estate Portfolio which allowed him to hone his skills qualifying Tenants and Property Management as well as case preparation and presentation at the Landlord and Tenant Board.

Although Harry’s initial area of practice was on Residential Real Estate, his passion became Commercial Real Estate where his focus was on the Sale of Businesses and Investment Properties and, in particular, Analysis of Investment properties. He also continued to focus his continuing education on Appraisal and Commercial Investment Analysis.



Mary Vittorio
Richmond Hill and Vaughan Branch Manager and Broker

Mary is an instinctive, charismatic and ambitious individual, who comes to us with over 40 years experience in High Profile Commercial Real Estate Management.

Holding a strong work ethic, with an expressive voice in negotiation and time management skills that have provided her the ability and success she has had with her clients and colleagues in real estate. If you ask Mary how she has become successful in her career, she will tell you that it’s all about relationships. Understanding that any successful negotiation requires mutual respect.

Mary places a high priority on, staff and agents alike, she feels privileged to guide and mentor. There is something to be said about assisting a Registrant, taking such pleasure in their success is what makes her job truly rewarding.

Mary is regularly engaged by currently leading and managing two of our Right at Home Realty branches, Our Vaughan and Richmond Hill locations. We are thrilled to have Mary on board!



Richard D. Weima
Burlington Branch Manager and Broker

Richard's passion for the real estate business began early , when he accompanied his father, a premier home builder and developer in Sarnia, to his many new home sites during the 60's and 70's. It was an exciting time for home ownership in Canada and Richard learned about the industry literally from its foundation.

At 21, Richard obtained his real estate license , gravitating naturally to new home sales and then resale. Sarnia's vast petrochemical industrial base afforded a rich, corporate relocation environment in which he developed appraisal and negotiation skills. Four years later, recruited to open and manage the new Royal Trust (later Royal LePage) branches in Sarnia and Chatham. As a young broker of a new company it was both exciting and challenging to recruit, train and mentor colleagues.

After ten successful years with Royal LePage, Richard accepted a new challenge, moving to Burlington to manage the Canada Trust office at Appleby and New Street in Burlington. Later, he managed Century 21 in Oakville, increasing its success to the top 21 offices in Canada during very competitive times.

From 1990 to 2015, Richard returned to his sales career as an award winning Broker Sales Representative with Royal LePage. He was one of the first in the industry to develop his own website and personal online marketing. In 1996, started his VirtuallyOakville.com portal style website, and actively promoted the Oakville community with his "Greetings from Oakville" postcards and "Selling Oakville" Marketing. He was also actively involved in the Oakville & Milton Real Estate Board, as Director, Vice President and President. Involvement in the Board has provided Richard with another opportunity to learn trends and bring changes to the real estate industry.

With a 40 year tenure in the real estate profession, Richard has been a part of tremendous transformation. Information sharing, Public Access and Technology have all contributed to improve the speed and efficiency of service provided to the real estate consumer. Richard is excited to return to management as a Branch Manager with Right at Home Realty. Confident that his experience in sales and years of leadership will bring trusted assistance to his sales associates in reaching their goals and success. Julie Kee
Durham Branch Manager and Broker

Julie Kee brings over 15 years of industry experience as a Real Estate Professional to Right at Home Realty. A licensed Broker and former Broker of Record, Julie has the skills and expertise to provide our Salespeople with insightful guidance, coaching and the hands-on training needed to build meaningful and rewarding careers.

In addition, Julie recently held the role of Standard Forms Specialist at the Ontario Real Estate Association, gaining great experience and knowledge of that aspect of the industry. Working in small and medium sized brokerages has provided Julie the opportunity to learn and perform every aspect of the real estate transaction process from the administration of a deal to the recruitment, training and development of salespeople.

Julie's experience in this dynamic and vast industry along with her enthusiasm and desire to help others grow, will allow her to be a great resource that our salespeople and Company can utilize to assist in everyday real estate activities and transactions


Elechia Barry-Sproule 
Newmarket Branch Manager and Broker

Elechia started in real estate as a Sales Representative in 2002, and has worked a variety of positions in the real estate industry such as Broker of Record, Broker and Manager at one of the top real estate brokerages in Toronto. Prior to her career in real estate, Elechia has held several senior corporate positions in sales and management.

Elechia has experience in recruiting, training for new & experienced realtors, growing a business and delivering premium customer service. Elechia is a passionate and knowledgeable real estate professional and a welcomed addition to the Right at Home Realty management team.
